Position Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales) with deep expertise in Supply Chain and Logistics to support our growth and customer success initiatives. This individual will partner with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to understand customer objectives, define tailored solutions, and demonstrate how ParkourSC’s platform delivers differentiated value.
The ideal candidate blends domain knowledge, technical acumen, and storytelling ability—able to translate complex supply chain challenges into data-driven, actionable solutions that resonate with business and IT stakeholders alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery and due diligence sessions to understand objectives, processes, and data flows across planning, manufacturing, logistics, and quality operations.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations using customer or representative data to showcase real-time visibility, predictive analytics, and decision workflows.
- Analyze Supply, Demand, Inventory, Orders, Planned Orders, Scheduled Receipts, and Work/Transfer Orders to build connected solution narratives.
- Lead and contribute to RFI/RFP responses, clearly articulating ParkourSC’s differentiation across AI-driven decision intelligence, validated compliance, and rapid configurability.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide structured feedback, guide dashboard and workflow development, and align customer needs with product roadmap priorities.
- Partner with Sales to define and execute proofs of concept (PoCs), success metrics, and technical validation criteria.
- Represent ParkourSC as a trusted advisor at customer meetings, industry events, and webinars.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, logistics, or pre-sales engineering for enterprise SaaS or analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to conduct business process discovery, design data-driven demos, and communicate complex solutions clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of supply chain data constructs (demand/supply plans, orders, inventory, manufacturing, logistics).
- Exceptional presentation, analytical, and storytelling skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with AI/ML-based planning & execution, predictive analytics, or digital twin technologies.
- Experience with supply chain planning & orchestration (APS, ERP) platforms
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Superset, Sisense, Power BI, etc.) and SQL.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated process/discrete supply chain industries.
